Solar Stock, Ascent Solar (NASDAQ:ASTI) Leads Gaining over 64%

The news sent DNDN plunging from the $35 level down to the $12 level and is sparking lawsuits over alleged insider trading and misleading growth projections by the company.

Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc. (NASDAQ:PPDI) increased 4.91 (18.46%) to $31.51 as Carlyle Group is in exclusive talks to buy the clinical research company, said five people with knowledge of the discussions.

EXACT Sciences Corporation (NASDAQ:EXAS) rose 1.03 (15.99%) to $7.47 after rating increased from Mkt Perform to Mkt Outperform. Rodman & Renshaw is the brokerage firm which is currently analyzing this company and found it necessary to change their rating.
